Our classes

  • Yoga Flow classes are designed to build strength, flexibility and endurance. You link movement to breath through creative sequences. Each teacher brings something unique so no two classes are the same.

  • Elevate your fitness with Dynamic Pilates—a powerful blend of traditional Pilates, Reformer-style movements on the mat, and strength training. This energising, full-body workout uses core-focused exercises, light weights, and resistance bands to sculpt and tone.

    Ideal for all fitness levels.

  • Dynamic Vinyasa Flow is a fun, energising practice that links movement and breath in a continuous flow. The class blends powerful flow with moments of slower-paced movement, creating heat in the body and calm in the mind. Build strength, cultivate balance, and leave feeling both invigorated and restored. Each class offers a unique experience, as teachers bring their own style, keeping the practice fresh and engaging.

    Level: we recommend a reasonable level of fitness.

  • Perfect for everyone, this class takes a slower, more focused approach to key elements of yoga, so you have time to develop your yoga. Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their practice.

    The class will cover the core principles of Vinyasa yoga, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), bandhas (energy locks), drishti (focus points), and an introduction to yoga philosophy. The Vinyasa Flow style links movement with breath, guiding you through sequences such as Sun Salutations, standing, and seated postures—building strength, flexibility, and balance.

    We’ll also explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga, blending physical practice with philosophical insights for a holistic, transformative experience.

    Level: All levels welcome, including complete beginners.

  • Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes help rebuild strength and restore balance after pregnancy and birth, focusing on the pelvic floor and core muscles. Each session includes relaxation, breathwork, and self-care, providing a supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and bond with your baby. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other parents and share experiences, with many continuing to socialise over coffee afterward.

  • Yoga for mums-to-be from 13 weeks pregnant. Cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. These classes provide a nurturing environment for you to connect to your baby and other mums-to-be. Beginners welcome too!

  • HIIT Pilates: Energise & Strengthen

    Get ready to sweat, tone, and transform in this high-energy fusion of Pilates and HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). This class combines the core-strengthening and posture-enhancing benefits of Pilates with the calorie-burning power of dynamic intervals. Perfect for all fitness levels, HIIT Pilates will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and energised for the day ahead.

    Whether you’re looking to sculpt, improve endurance, or boost your metabolism, this fast-paced, results-driven class is the perfect way to power up your fitness journey.

    All levels welcome - no experience necessary

    (Please note, we sometimes have to find cover teachers for these sessions that may offer yoga instead instead of pilates)

  • A slow, soothing, grounding and meditative Yin practice to balance the Yang of our busy modern lives. Based on ancient Taoist principles to enhance the flow of energy Qi around the body. Each session contemplates themes to inspire you to feel more peaceful. The perfect addition to your yoga schedule.

  • Join us in a softly lit room for our Dreamy Slow Flow Yoga class. Slow doesn't mean easy: this grounding practice will help you build strength and flexibility in both mind and body. Enjoy calming music and the soothing aroma of essential oils as you connect with your inner self.

    Expect to leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and grounded.
