CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review our 12-hour cancellation policy when booking. By clicking "Place Order" or booking with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted our full terms and conditions and agree to this cancellation policy.
HOW TO CANCEL
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Once cancelled, the class pass will be returned to your account for future use (no monetary refund). You can cancel your booking in the following ways:
Online: Log into your account here, find your class and click “Cancel.”
MINDBODY App: Use the app on your smartphone to cancel.
PENALTIES FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Our goal is to ensure all students have access to the classes they want to attend, which is why we enforce cancellation penalties:
Class Pass / Members class pass Holders:
Early Cancellation (12+ hours notice): Class pass is credited back to your account.
Late Cancellation or No Show (less than 12 hours notice): Class pass will be lost and not refunded.
Members (Monthly/Unlimited):
Late Cancellation (less than 12 hours): £5 charge.
No Show: £10 charge.
3 or more late cancellations/no-shows in a month: Bookings will be suspended for a month. Charges will be applied to the card on file.
Courses & Workshops:
Non-refundable once booked. Strictly no cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
121/Private Sessions:
24-hour cancellation policy: If cancelled within 24 hours or if you fail to show, the full session fee will be charged.
ARRIVAL & LATENESS
Arrive early: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
Late arrivals: If you arrive after class has started, you will not be allowed to attend, as this disrupts the flow of the class. This will be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.
WAITLIST
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email notification.
Important: If you are added to the class, you will be charged for the session or have the class deducted from your pass.
WHEN WE MAKE CHANGES
We reserve the right to cancel or alter class schedules and substitute instructors as needed. If a class is cancelled:
Class Pass Holders: We will either recredit your account or offer a refund for the single class purchase.
Members: We will offer an alternative class where possible.
Note: We are not liable for any other costs or damages resulting from class cancellations or schedule changes.
REFUNDS
Fees paid upfront for memberships, services, or workshops are non-refundable once purchased.
