We have been helping people find more balance in life for over 8 years. Whether you're seeking relaxation, yoga, meditation, breathwork, mobility support, a workout, or tools for stress management, Founder of A Fine Balance, Hannah Horne, will guide you on your wellness journey through either group classes or private sessions. Our mission is to empower people to achieve greater balance in life.

Group Class Pricing
Choose from our flexible passes or block booking option:
Flexible Pass: Book and cancel classes as needed, subject to availability.
Block Booking Pass: Guarantees your place in consecutive sessions within the block. These sessions cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

Prices
Private Yoga & Personal Training
Single / Ad-hoc session: £65/hour
5-session package: £275 (£55 session)
10-session package: £500 (£50 session)
Additional person: £10 extra per session
We come to your home or room hire fees applicable if we meet at a studio

I’m Hannah, and a few years ago, my husband Alex and I, along with our two children, found our home in Great Dunmow.
My wellness journey began over a decade ago after facing burnout in my corporate career. Yoga helped me heal and inspired the creation of A Fine Balance—a nurturing space where others can discover their own equilibrium.
Before moving to Dunmow, we took a leap in 2018 and founded A Fine Balance Yoga Studio in Upminster, turning our dream into a thriving yoga community. I now also offer group classes and private sessions throughout Dunmow and North Essex - and hope to open a dedicated wellness studio here too.
Our mission is to cultivate a supportive community with expert guidance, helping you find balance in your life. We’re thrilled to have you with us and hope your experience brings positive changes to your body, mind, and soul.
