Our private 121 or small group sessions are a great opportunity for tailored guidance to support your journey towards finding more balance in life. Our wellness and movement experts offer bespoke sessions aligned to your needs.

Ideal if you are:

  • Struggling to get to our scheduled classes
  • Need a little accountability to do the work
  • A beginner
  • Looking to develop your yoga practice by focusing on specific postures or areas of your body you might struggle with.
  • Overcoming an injury
  • In need of tools to help posture, stress, sleep, breathing and so much more
  • Taking the time to be entirely focused on yourself.

Private yoga classes are a powerful way to incorporate yoga into your busy life, on your schedule. With a one-to-one focus, our yoga teachers can give you exactly what you need. All private yoga classes are tailored to your needs. There are no templates or structures here; whatever you need, we provide.

PRICING

Our prices below include hire of our studio which is £25 per hour, so no extra charge on the below.

Once date / time has been agreed with us, please purchase via one of these buttons to secure your booking. Please note, 48 hour cancellation policy to change booking.

£80 x 60 mins session

Add extra people for £10 per person

Member rate: £70 x 60 mins session

Add extra people for £10 per person

Offer: 5 sessions for £350

3 month expiry for booking these sessions | add extra people for £10 per person.

Please note: 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all private yoga classes.

Any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance can be rearrange or cancelled. Cancellations made with 48 hours or less notice are non-refundable / changeable.

 

AVAILABILITY

Our availability is outside of our timetable of classes, usually at the following times (subject to other bookings we may have):

  • Weekdays = early mornings before 9.15am, after 10.45am, before 6.30pm
  • Weekends = before 8.30am, after 11.15am Saturdays and after 1pm Sundays
