Join our feel-good spring challenge designed to help you move more consistently, try new classes and build momentum — with someone by your side or solo.

You can team up in a pair or take on the challenge solo.

How it works

Join as a pair or solo

Team up with a friend, partner, colleague or fellow AFB regular — or take on the challenge solo.

  1. Complete the challenge
    Pairs: 28 classes between you in 28 days
    Solo: 14 classes in 28 days

  2. Book classes as normal
    Use your membership or class pack and book through the App as usual. Each class counts towards your total (or shared total if you're in a pair).

  3. Sign up by 20 March
    Add your team name + names to the in-studio poster and email hello@afinebalance.me to confirm your entry.

All finishers will be entered into a random prize draw.

One winning pair (or two solo challengers) will receive:
