Join Donna and Elena in bringing you face to face with the Divine Feminine Energy through the three Guṇas, or energies of the universe. During our time together, we will explore the Goddess through mythology, discussion, journaling and embodiment through Yoga. You will also learn to chant some Sanskrit verses and bīja mantras specific to the Goddess, and experience Her for yourself.
