Our Develop Your Meditation + Yoga Nidra Practice Workshop is the perfect place to start your meditation journey or develop the one you already have!
You will start with examples of gentle yoga poses / asanas to prepare the body to be able to sit for meditation.
We will explore different techniques from across the yoga discipline: using the breath, mantras and visualisation.
We will discuss the practicalities: how to create the right space for meditating, how to sit / posture and how to overcome the tricks of the mind.
The session will also delve into yoga philosophy: the 8 Limbs, the Yamas and Niyamas, to aid your understanding.
We will close the session with a guided Yoga Nidra practice with tips on getting the most out of it.
