Who Can Attend?
This Vinyasa yoga class is open to all levels of experience. If you have a reasonable level of fitness and are comfortable moving up and down from the floor, this class is perfect for you.

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat (limited spare mats available, please bring your own)

  • Comfortable clothing
