Option 3: Studio memberships for staff
Each employee is given an unlimited studio membership to join our timetable of daily class.
A Fine Balance Studio offers daily yoga, pilates and mindful movement sessions. These are hosted at our East London Yoga Studio - Upminster, RM14 3BL.

Chair Yoga
In today’s fast-paced world, many of us spend far too much time sitting—whether at work, during commutes, or while relaxing at home. Our bodies have come to see sitting as the default position, but Chair Yoga offers a chance to turn this common posture into a wellness opportunity.
Through simple, seated movements, breathwork, and stretches, we’ll help your team release tension, improve flexibility, and recenter—using nothing but their bodies and a chair. It’s an effective and accessible way to incorporate wellness into your workday.

Guided Meditation
In the past, our fight-or-flight responses were triggered by life-threatening situations. Today, it’s often work emails and constant notifications that push us into that stress response.
