Through steady movement, yoga and breathing techniques this workshop aims to lighten the load, release tension where it’s needed and add connection where it’s been lost.
When the physical body feels deadbeat and sluggish we become mentally tired, fed up, worry creeps in and we can become a little anxious.
Carrying children, heavy shopping, huddled over a desk, constant scrolling through the phone, lifting weights in the gym, stressful work deadlines, etc etc …..the list is endless, all have a negative impact on general well-being.
Dedicate some time for you and expect to step off the mat feeling brighter, lighter with improved posture and a quieter mind.
Everyone is welcome and no prior yoga experience is required.
