Arm balances are such fun and exciting poses, but they can feel scary or impossible without an understanding of how best to do them. Join Eimear for this 2-hour workshop where she will break down a range of arm balances into manageable steps and teach you the most efficient ways to do them.
We will start by moving through creative flows that incorporate key strengthening and flexibility exercises to prepare the body for the arm balances to come.
We will then work on arm balances such as: crow, baby crow, flying splits, flying lizard, flying pigeon, eight angle pose, side crow, some of the funky arm balance variations and possibly even ways to transition from one arm balance to another.
There will be something for everyone, with basic and more advanced variations. Expect to learn lots, challenge yourself and have lots of fun!
