Chanting, Meditation & Philosophy
A new class that we hope to run fortnightly with Nicola… if you’re all up for it!
It will include around 5 minutes of guided yogic chanting through into a 5 minute meditation practice, followed by a 40 minute yoga philosophy talk and discussion.
This class is suitable for anyone interested in deepening their spiritual journey through the practice of yoga as we channel powerful energies and contemplate yoga teachings and learn how to integrate them into our daily lives.
