Restorative Yoga workshop
Led by Anastasia Coles
The workshop starts with gentle Qi-gong inspired movement and breath to warm up, nourish, and invigorate muscles and joints and promote flow of energy.
Then I will guide you through a series of Restorative (fully supported so the body can open and the mind can relax) Yoga poses combined with Progressive relaxation techniques.
We'll finish with a warming breathing practice and a gratitude meditation to support the state of balance and equanimity.
No experience is needed. Gentle on the body. Props are available however bringing your personal blanket, towel, and eye pillow is welcome. Please dress in warm comfortable clothes.
