This Chakra resonates the colour yellow and instigates the sense of sight. This chakra literally brightens up life and invites one to become active. When this chakra is deficient one becomes lethargic, depressed, and has no zest for life.
This 2 Hours workshop includes:
Opening talk on theory of the chakras and how to identify its presence in your life. Accompanies a handout.
Physical Yoga practice targeting the core of your body.
Learn how to build your Vision Board so you can work on this chakra at your own pace.
Yoga Nidra practice with affirmations to fully focus on the manifestation of this Chakra.
No previous Yoga experience necessary to attend this workshop.
