Our Sound Bath + Yoga Nidra sessions are an opportunity for deep rest. The different elements of this 1.5 hour session will leave you with a sense of wholeness and connection, deep rest and relaxation, which can promote better sleep.
You will start with intention setting and mindful movement to release through the physical body.
Followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) an immensely powerful meditation that will lead you into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. You will rest comfortably in savasana whilst this systematic meditation takes you through the Pancha Maya Kosha (five layers of self).
You are then treated to the Sound Bath, where you will be bathed in waves of healing frequencies from Caroline’s singing bowls, allowing you to release from the energetic body.
To help you let go and relax that little more, the studio will be filled with healing aromatherapy blends, designed to create the ultimate peace within.
