To help spread a little A Fine Balance yoga magic, we are hosting a series of pop-up yoga classes this summer. They will take part on Thursday evenings starting Thursday 21 July.

Each session will offer something a little different and will cost just £6 or free as part of your existing membership.

28.07 Sun Salutations A & B masterclass

This session will focus on Sun Salutation A + B. You will spend time breaking down each of the postures in these two warm up sequences that feature in most yoga classes. Suitable for all levels.
