Yin - The Water Way
In the midst of winter, join Jax for 2.5 hours of nurturing yin yoga and contemplation.
Winter is associated with the Kidneys, Bladder and the Water Element according to traditional Chinese medicine.
This workshop will work with yin postures that focus on these to re-energise the body, and let go of stiffness and tightness both in the physical and emotional body.
We are primarily made up of water, so this workshop will provide the practices and time to support the movement of fluid through our bodies by letting go of tension and tuning into our inner water flow.
Winter is a time for slowing down, restoring and for hibernation. This workshop will help you to embrace the season, and prepare for re-growth / birth of the impending Spring season.
You will leave feeling calmer, re-vitalised and restored.
