OPTION 1: BESPOKE SESSIONS TAILORED TO YOUR EMPLOYEES’ NEEDS

  • Bespoke wellness sessions and content designed to meet the needs of your employees.

  • High-quality virtual sessions live-streamed from our yoga studio wherever, whenever you need them. Across all major platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Facebook and Instagram Live, YouTube).

  • For example, 45 minute desk-based yoga, meditation or breathwork sessions integrated into the working day. Tailored to meet your scheduling requirements so your colleagues can access these services when they need them.

  • We can manage the booking process, so no extra admin for your organisation.

 

OPTION 2: EMPLOYEE ACCESS TO 100+ WELLBEING SESSIONS

  • A Fine Balance offers a public timetable of 100+ yoga and wellbeing sessions every month. 24+ classes each week, including early mornings, during lunchtime and after the working day. We offer your employees access to these sessions via Zoom.

  • A flexible approach to enhancing employee wellbeing. Your colleagues can choose classes at times that suit them.

  • We manage the booking process with our MINDBODY Online booking system. Your employees will have a personal account to book their own sessions, so no extra admin for your organisation.

  • Examples of classes include: Mediation, Yoga, Pilates, HiiT plus gentler forms of yoga (Restorative and Yin Yoga).

·     Hannah, Founder - A Fine Balance, and the team have a wealth of experience creating bespoke wellbeing services for the corporate sector. Hannah has worked with businesses across the Corporate Responsibility sector for the past 13 years.

·     She leads campaigns that challenge and inspire responsible business. She has worked with a portfolio of companies that includes FTSE100 companies with the likes of Aviva, Barclays and HSBC.

·       In 2018, she established A Fine Balance to counteract the stresses of our busy modern lives by helping people to find more balance.
