Autumn and Yoga
🍂Autumn:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A time for letting go⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Energy transitions from yang to yin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A time for drawing inwards⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A time to ground and nourish ourselves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A time to connect to the soul ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Observing and aligning ourselves with the changes in seasons helps us understand and connect to ourselves. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Life is full of dualities - day/night, summer/winter, light/dark, yang/yin, and within ourselves - activity/passivity, effort/ease, happiness/sadness etc. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These opposites are on spectrums that are continuously fluctuating. It is in the balance and equanimity of these opposites that we find stillness.
When we feel out of balance (whatever that may be: overwhelm, fear, stress), our Yoga practices help us find this middle ground / stillness and return to our true-selves.
Being able to access these practices and tools during times of challenge or imbalance is key to helping us find more peace in life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⭐️If you want to set an intention to do more of the practices that help you find peace and support your soul this season, why not join us for a class.
