Nearly 3 months.
Why do you practice yoga:
I had Chronic PTSD from childhood trauma.
What other things do you do to find balance in life?
Reading spiritual philosophy, Zen and Buddhism literature. Follow a plant based alkaline diet, play acoustic guitar/write songs. Take time to get out in nature as much as possible.
What advice do you have for someone who is thinking about trying yoga?
Stop waiting! Stop making excuses! We will waste more time with indecision than we will with a poor decision.
What is your favourite thing about being an A Fine Balance Member?
Having the vast options of class times and various yoga disciplines. Having access to a great variety of teachers and all of the members are sincerely polite and friendly.
