Our children's yoga classes offer a safe and encouraging space for kids and teens to explore movement, mindfulness, and relaxation. Through engaging and age-appropriate practices, theyβll develop essential life skills that go beyond the mat.

π« 10% sibling discount for term-time bookings (excludes taster session)
β Β£12.50 taster session (one per child) β must sign up for the remaining term after the taster.
