Postnatal Yoga & Baby
Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes help rebuild strength and restore balance after pregnancy and birth, focusing on the pelvic floor and core muscles. Each session includes relaxation, breathwork, and self-care, providing a supportive space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and bond with your baby. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other parents and share experiences, with many continuing to socialise over coffee afterward.
Course Fee: £65 for 5 weeks (£13 per session)
Booking Information:
This class is pre-booked in term-time blocks. Due to limited class sizes, missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Bringing Your Baby:
As space is limited, please bring your baby in a sling, carrier, or car seat. If you bring a pram, it will need to be left in the covered area at the back outside of the studio. The teacher will assist with moving prams to this designated space, ensuring a clean and safe environment in the studio.
