Postnatal Yoga & Baby
Our Postnatal Yoga with Baby classes are designed to help you rebuild strength and restore balance after pregnancy and birth. With a special emphasis on strengthening the pelvic floor and core muscles, each session also includes moments for relaxation, breathwork, and self-care.
This class provides a nurturing space to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and bond with your baby in a supportive environment. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other parents, share experiences, and gain the support you need in those early months, all while enjoying some playful time with your little one. Many of our parents continue to socialise over coffee afterward!
Course Fee:
£78 for 6 weeks (just £13 per session)

This class is available by pre-booking only, in term-time blocks. As class sizes are limited, please note that missed sessions within your block are non-refundable and non-transferable.
