Course Overview:
Perfect for everyone, this class takes a slower, more focused approach to key elements of yoga, from chaturanga to breathwork, so you have time to develop your yoga. Ideal for beginners or anyone wanting to refine their practice.
The class will cover the core principles of Vinyasa yoga, including asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control), bandhas (energy locks), drishti (focus points), and an introduction to yoga philosophy. The Vinyasa Flow style links movement with breath, guiding you through sequences such as Sun Salutations, standing, and seated postures—building strength, flexibility, and balance.
We’ll also explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga, blending physical practice with philosophical insights for a holistic, transformative experience.
Level: All levels welcome, including complete beginners.
