Vinyasa yoga on BrewDog Upmister's epic rooftop. Make sure to bring your yoga mat, sunglasses and hopefully some sun cream!

HOW TO FIND US
These sessions are held on the roof of BrewDog in Upminster, head to the main entrance and up the stairs: 18 Station Road, Upminster, RM14 2UD. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before.

 HOW TO BOOK

• You must pre-book – Rooftop Yoga is very popular, we only have a limited number of spaces and classes fill up quickly.

• Please contact us with any booking enquiries. Every person attending must have their own MINDBODY account with A Fine Balance and have booked online in advance.  

WHAT TO BRING

• Please bring your own yoga mat to use - there will not be mats there. Props are not provided on the roof.

• If it is sunny – sunnies and sunscreen.

• If it is cool – layers to keep warm.

• Bring your own water bottle too.

• Belongings should be kept with you and placed neatly in a pile next to your mat.

• You are welcome to take photos but phones must be switched off / put on silent and put away during the session.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?
The class will be cancelled and the class credit will be added back to your MINDBODY account to book another rooftop session with us.

You will be notified by email up to one hour before the start of class if it is cancelled. Please ensure you check your email for confirmation the class is going ahead.

Booking for a friend?

Each person will need to have their own MINDBODY account so bookings must be made individually for each person.

Please note, purchases are none-refundable - if you cancel with 12 hours or more notice, a class credit will be added back to your MINDBODY account to book another session with us. If less than 12 hous, you’ll lose the credit. A refund will only be offered to your bank account if we cancel the session.
