Join us for 2 hours of nourishing vinyasa, yin yoga and mediation to release and let go. Perfect as we begin to slowly transition out of the winter months into the more energetic Spring season.
The workshop will offer practices to support your Root Chakra. The root chakra is comprised of whatever grounds you to feel stable in your life. This includes your basic needs such as food, water, shelter, as well as your more emotional needs such as letting go of fear, feeling grounded and connected. When these needs are met, you feel safe, have more clarity and worry less day to day.

Journaling to focus in on how things are for you
An uplifting Vinyasa yoga practice to let go of stagnant energy
A nurturing and grounding yin yoga sequence to help you tune inwards, connect and let go
The theory of the chakra: the things in life that throw this chakra out of balance and how to notice if an imbalance may be affecting your daily life
A guided root chakra meditation
Expect to leave the class feeling lighter: having shifted energy to feel more balanced and grounded.
