There’s something special about owning your day with rituals, whether you do them in the morning, afternoon or evening. A ritual is a habit and habits become your life.

There’s power in the consistent small actions we take each day 🌞 ⁣

We believe it’s important to disconnect in order to reconnect. There’s a fine balance (😉) between the two and we have to find the sweet spot somewhere in the middle.⁣

A good place to start is by looking at your habits. Do you have daily habits that serve you? Do they allow you time to disconnect and reconnect? ⁣

Rituals can be done at any time of the day, although we’ve specified morning rituals for this post because we believe magic happens when you start your day on the right side of the bed. 🌞 ⁣

When choosing a ritual make sure it’s something you enjoy as you want to stick to them. Some examples could be... ⁣

💦 Hydration the moment you wake up ⁣ 🙏🏽 A gratitude practice for 5 minutes upon waking ⁣ 🧘🏽‍♂️ Early Morning Yoga with us (7.30am early birds catch the worms so they say!) ⁣ 🐕 Dog walk ⁣ ☀️ Rounds of Sun Sals ⁣ 🧘🏽‍♀️ Meditation and breathing practise ⁣
