OUR SERVICES

We have launched a new range of services that can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation. Hannah, Director - A Fine Balance, and the team have a wealth of experience creating bespoke wellbeing services. Hannah has worked across the Corporate Responsibility sector for the past 13 years. She leads campaigns that challenge and inspire responsible business. She has worked with a portfolio of companies that includes FTSE100 companies with the likes of Aviva, Barclays and HSBC. In 2018, she established A Fine Balance Yoga + Wellness Studio to counteract the stresses of our busy modern lives and to provide support at the community level. 

The new range of bespoke A Fine Balance at Work services include:

  • Introduction to wellbeing workshops

  • Wellbeing courses 

  • Senior-level management wellbeing sessions

  • Weekly classes (yoga, meditation, pilates and more)

  • Private 121 sessions

INTRODUCTION TO WELLBEING SESSION

60 minutes introductory session - perfect for Wellbeing Days/Weeks. Employees will get an introduction to yoga-based breathing, meditation and physical exercises. Each attendee will leave with practical tools to enhance their wellbeing.

This session includes: 

  • An introduction to why finding balance at work is imperative for productivity, happiness, health and wellbeing. 

  • Breathing exercise to calm the nervous system 

  • Chair yoga exercises to mobilise the body   

  • Guided meditation exercise to reduce stress 

WELLBEING COURSES 

We offer tailored corporate courses that run over 4 hours. These can be split: 2 x 2 hour sessions or 4 x 4 hour sessions. 

Each employee will develop their own toolkit of practical exercises that they can use anywhere and anytime to find balance, self-care and resilience. Regular and continued practice of these tools will help reduce stress levels, improve the engagement and productivity of your staff who continue a regular practice of these tools. 

There will be a theoretical overview of why finding balance at work is imperative for productivity, happiness, health and wellbeing. You can choose what the course focuses on. Examples of possible topics: 

  • What self-care really means (not just bubble baths) 

  • Understanding stress and anxiety 

  • The importance of rest and slower paced activities to balance the busyness of life 

  • The application of the values of compassion, kindness and letting go – to aid communication and engagement within teams. 

Each employee will be provided with: 

  • Breathing exercises 

  • Meditation techniques 

  • Desk-based physical yoga exercises 

  • Handout to take away 

  • For every person that attends they can get 10% off classes and workshops at A Fine Balance Studio, Upminster/London. 

SENIOR-LEVEL WORKSHOPS 

We offer A Fine Balance workshops for senior-level colleagues that may require a sensitive and tailored approach. We will provide practical tools to help reduce stress and find balance. 

WEEKLY CLASSES 

We provide weekly corporate yoga, meditation or breathing classes for your colleagues. We timetable to suit your needs before work, during lunchtimes or at the end of the working day.      

45 and 60 minute options

  • Best for 5 – 15 people

  • We can advise on best office space to use 

  • Commitment to regular weekly classes has the most impact on employee wellbeing

PRIVATE / 121 SESSIONS

We offer bespoke private sessions aligned to the employees’ needs. These can cover any of the examples listed above, for example: practical meditation, breathing and yoga tools.
