Join us for our first day back and start your week right! We have Yoga Flow at 9.30am, Vinyasa at 5.30pm and Beginners + Beyond at 7pm.

TUESDAY
Rise and shine on this fine Tuesday morning with our new 7am Yang to Yin class. We have a new 12.30pm Vinyasa class or winddown the day with our 6.30pm Vinyasa Flow.

WEDNESDAY
Join our new 9.15am Gentle Yoga and Meditation class plus the usual suspects 12.45pm Soulful Yoga, 6pm Vinyasa and 7.30pm Pilates.

THURSDAY
Wakey wakey rise and shine with our new 7am Morning Flow class, 12.30pm Vinyasa to break up the day or slowly ease yourself towards the weekend with our evening Yang to Yin at 7pm.

FRIDAY

SATURDAY
Woohoo! The weekend is here with actual in-real-life yoga. There is nothing sweeter than our 8.30am Dynamic Vinyasa class followed by your favourite coffee (and maybe donuts too!)

SUNDAY
We made it! The end of our very first week of being open. We hope you enjoyed being back! Still time to book today’s sessions: 8.45am Slow Flow and Yin, followed by 10.30am Vinyasa and 12pm Develop Your Flow series. Come join us!
