“Move your body and still your mind. Yoga is a balance which is why my creative style classes have an emphasis on both the body and the mind. I like to teach with a theme in mind to give more intention to the class. 

Although my teaching style may be informal, I am very passionate about all the layers of yoga such as meditation and pranayama, expect to embrace all of yoga and not just the physical with my classes.

I am trained in vinyasa, yin yoga, rocket yoga, pregnancy yoga and meditation which means fun, creative and diverse classes. I am currently studying Mandala.”
