Liability Waiver

By participating in A Fine Balance services, means you adhere to and agree to the following liability waiver.

I, hereby agree to the following:

1. That I am participating voluntarily in an online / livestream class offered by A Fine Balance Limited. I recognise that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation and I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the sessions.

2. I understand that I may receive verbal assists to enhance or correct my body posture during class by the teacher. I will take accountability for alerting the teacher of any injury or impairment in advance before class begins or if I do not want to receive any assists.

3. I understand that photos and videos may be taken of the class and used by Ibstock or A Fine Balance in their promotional material online and offline. By entering into this agreement I agree that it is my responsibility to make myself known should I not wish to be photographed or filmed.

4. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against A Fine Balance Limited for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in any sessions with any teachers.

5. I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release waive, discharge and covenant not to sue for any injury or accident caused by their negligence or other acts.

I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents.
