Mental Health Awareness Week 2021 - Connect With Nature

The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week 10 -16 May is nature.

What a wonderful theme it is!

Walks in nature were our number 1 coping mechanism during the pandemic.
As the Mental Health Foundation’s research found, 'it was as if we were re-discovering at our most fragile point our fundamental human need to connect with nature'.

A Fine Balance is working with businesses during Mental Health Awareness Week to support their teams with tailored wellness classes, workshops and webinars aligned to the healing power of nature.

Want to do something at your workplace?

We can work with you to provide:

🔹 Livestream wellness workshops, webinars, training and sessions
🔹 On all things from mindfulness, meditation, yoga and wellness
🔹 Themed around the power of nature with tips and benefits to support the #mentalhealth of your colleagues.

We are also supporting the Mental Health Foundation's awareness campaign during the week. We ask you, our community, to share your experiences of nature to inspire others during the week.

  • Simply share a photo or video of you in nature (perhaps a photo of an outdoor meditation spot, yoga on the beach or a walk in the woods)
