Forrest Yoga has four pillars: Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. Join Christian for 2 hours of exploring all the elements present within the Forrest Yoga practice, including Native American ceremony, meditation, long held asanas, core work, deep breathing and attention to feeling.
This workshop is open to all levels of practice. “I developed Forrest Yoga as I was working through my own healing.
